One Positive for A(H1N1) virus in the Philippines

The Philippine's Department of Health confirmed the first case of A(H1N1) influenza thursday night in the country.

She is a 10 year Gucci bags of carry on the back female child who arrives in the country last May 18 from the United States.She also visited Canada while she was in the United States.Results from her throat specimen tested positive according to the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine during the press conference with Health Secretary Francisco Duque.

The patient is currently being monitored while her immediate household was advised to follow quarantine.

This is the first case in the country and public are cautioned to observe proper hygiene, strengthen resistance and do social distancing—avoid going to crowded areas if the need is not urgent.
